Why Counseling? Why Now?
When considering seeing a counselor, it is easy to think of reasons not to schedule an appointment:
"Maybe this phase will pass..."
"What good will counseling do?"
"I can survive this without counseling."
Sometimes it seems easier to continue to live with the problem rather than talking with a counselor about resolving the problem.
Simply put, counseling is a process of exploring the changes that have the potential of making life better.
Why prolong the difficulties and suffering?
Why not get started creating the road to change?
